As an Adventure Team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of our distillery.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued.

• Mixologist support: Assisting in resetting stations      for the mixologist, washing glassware and cocktail tools and cleaning.

• Tasting Room Assistance: Resetting tasting rooms      between tours and experiences.

• Product Knowledge: Motivated to learn a deep      understanding of our offerings, including cocktails, tours, tastings, bottles, and experiences.

• Sales: Actively engage with customers to promote and sell our products.

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional experiences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A desire to learn about the spirits industry.
