Adventure Spirits Distillery is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a experineced customer service enthusiast with a keen eye for quality and a desire to learn about the craft of mixology, whiskey, and the distillation process. As a Adventure Team member you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of our distillery.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued.

• Product Knowledge: Motivated to learn a deep understanding of our offerings, including cocktails, tours, tastings, bottles, and experiences.

• Sales: Actively engage with customers to promote and sell our products.

• Mixology: Learn and practice mixology techniques under the guidance of experienced mixologist.

• Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock rotation.

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional experiences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A desire to learn about mixology and the craft of spirits.

• Basic knowledge of bartending techniques is required.
