Meyer’s Honey
Roger Meyer of Meyer’s Honey in Swanton, Ohio, partners with us on all things honey, both in the production area and the cocktail lounge. You can rest assured that if it has to do with honey, it’s local and it’s from Meyer’s Honey. Currently, our honey syrup at the cocktail bar is Meyer’s Honey, and our Beehive Bourbon and Stinger Rye are both finished in our ex-bourbon barrels that aged honey from Meyer’s Honey.
Dick’s Maple Farm
Dick’s Maple Farm is located in the northwest corner of Ohio near the town of Montpelier. They have been in the Maple Syrup business since 1965. Their syrup is made locally using all-natural organic practices. We have partnered with Jeff from Dick’s Maple Farm since the beginning of Adventure Spirits and currently use their syrup in the Cocktail Lounge, as well as distill our own Maple “Rum” from the local syrup and feature our Maple Heart Bourbon, which is finished in our ex-bourbon barrels that aged maple syrup from Dick’s Maple Farm.
